The Allevol Ernest Utility Trousers are an updated model based on the classic denim work pants worn by the US Navy in the 1930s and 40s.

These utility pants, issued as "Seaman's Pants" in the 1940s, are one of the iconic denim items of the US Navy during World War II, and originals are now highly sought-after collector's items.

This model is cut and sewn in the UK, using denim woven in Japan from American Memphis cotton. It features many details reminiscent of the original.

It features baker pant-style patch pockets on the front and two hip pockets on the back. Along with a button fly, the wide silhouette with a deep rise recreates the rugged balance of workwear from that era. The waistband features an original Allevol brand label.
